„Nocērt jodam galvu” ir par atkarībām - alkoholismu, darbaholismu, azartspēlēm, telefoniem un soctīkliem, utt.
„Tu, cilvēks domā, ka spēsi visu kontrolēt un īstajā brīdī apstāties, bet... Visiem tas nesanāk!
Jods (atkarība) paņem savā varā un „nu ir jodam jākalpo”.
Šādā situācijā pašam ir jāgrib šo faktu saprast un vērst lietas par labu.
Visbiežāk, tikai saviem spēkiem ir grūti ko mainīt, tāpēc jālūdz citu palīdzība.
Vienalga, vai tā būtu ģimenes, sabiedrības vai medicīniska rakstura palīdzība, bet palīdzība.
Taču, galu galā tikai pats to var izdarīt – „nocirst jodam galvu, lai tas nedzīvs zemē krīt".
